Let’s raise a glass to all things Irish on this fine Monday. While in Ireland it was at one time a solemn day, we’ve certainly adapted it differently in the U.S. In my travel’s I’ve found Ireland to be beautiful and her people to be a pleasure to speak with. I’ve had the good fortune to return a few times, and look forward to going back some day.
